Obituary of Scott Misener

Scott Dewayne Misener, 49, of Haworth, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, August 31, 2017 at his home. Scott was born in Idabel November 2, 1967, to Kenneth and Sandra Misener. Scott enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on vehicles. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. He loved spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. Scott was affiliated with the Pentecostal faith and had lived in McCurtain County all his life. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Misener, and a son-in-law, Brandon Foster. Scott leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Sandra Misener of Moon; a brother, Carl Misener, also of Moon; three daughters and one son-in-law, Shaina Smoak and Eric Smoak of Haworth, Courtney Misener of Haworth, and Bridgett Walker of Altus, AR; grandchildren, Jayden and Skyler Smoak of Haworth, Kristopher and K’Lea Bailey, Haworth, and Bralynn Callahan of Altus, Ark.; a nephew, Cody Misener of Haworth; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
