Russell Skaggs, age 60, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at his home in Haworth, OK. He was born on June 30, 1957 in St Louis, MO. Russell Married Cecelia Knopfel on December 27, 1974 in St. Louis, MO. Russell enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with family and friends. He had lived in Haworth, OK since 1980 moving from St. Louis, MO. He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Skaggs; his mother, Wilma Sams; a daughter, Kathy Skaggs; brothers, Dennis Skaggs and Lindell Skaggs; and a sister, Susie Skaggs. Russell is survived by his wife, Cecelia Skaggs of Haworth, OK; son, Christopher Skaggs and Jessica of Haworth, OK; daughter, Christy Skaggs and Danny of Haworth, OK; a brother, Bobby Skaggs of Bakersfield, CA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Debra and Ray Hahne of Bakersfield, CA and Tina and Frank Bunce of Broken Bow, OK; grandchildren, Bobby Aston, Christopher Skaggs, Casey Joiner, Ricky Skaggs and Crystal Skaggs; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. No services will be held.
