Obituary of Louise Gilbert

Beva “Louise” Gilbert was born July 7, 1925 in Jadie, Oklahoma, the daughter of Charles and Evie Singleton. She went home to be with the Lord on May 27, 2017 at her home in Idabel, Oklahoma at the age of 91 years, 10 months and 20 days. Louise was a member of the Assemblies of God Church. She has held many responsible positions in church during her life serving the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jake Gilbert, her son, Phillip Gilbert; grand-daughter, Lisa Fuentes; great-grandson, Jason Fuller; her three sisters and a brother; and son-in-law, Jim Mack Sandridge. Louise leaves to cherish her memory; her daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Jerrel Coleman of Broken Bow, OK and Glenda and Paul Sealy of Forney, TX; grandchildren, Todd Gilbert, Jamie Sandridge Ruff, Chanta Moran; great-grandchildren, Jeremy Fuller, Steven Fuentes, Derek and Brittany Ruff; great-great grandchildren, Chelsea Fuller, Hunter Fuller and Jay Fuller; her sister-in-law, Linda Singleton; very special friends, O. H. and Charlene Higgins and Teresa Hankins. Louise was a dedicated Christian, a mother; grandmother and friend. She loved her family very much and she will be greatly missed.
