Obituary of Linda Sue Tallant

Linda Sue Tallant, age 69, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at her home in Haworth, OK. She was born on December 24, 1947 in Arkinda, AR, the daughter of Arthur "Humpy" Tunnell and Edna Simco Seastrunk. Linda Sue was a health care provider for several years. She was an accomplished homemaker who had a talent for gardening and canning. Linda Sue loved to read, go camping but most of all , spending time with her grandchildren. Linda Sue was a wonderful and devoted mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, friend and she will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald W Tallant; and a sister, Shirley Oglesby. Linda Sue is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Billy and Carol Tallant of Haworth, OK and Michael and Tammy Tallant of Foreman, AR; daughters and sons-in-law, Gina and Jesse Tucker of Ashdown, AR and Jenifer and Nathaniel Bearden of Foreman, AR; brother and sister-in-law, Coy and Barbara Tunnell of Winthrop, AR; sisters and brother-in-law, Patricia Combs of Haworth, OK and Cathleen and Larry Ridge of Moon, OK; grandchildren, Garlon Swistok, Travis Swistok, Ricky Tallant, Skylar Tallant, Alleigh Tucker, Ashlee Waller, Leigha Bearden, Drake Bearden and Brody Bearden; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
