Obituary of Melva Ann Henslee

Melva Ann Henslee, age 65, passed away May 7, 2017 in Idabel, OK. Melva was born on July 8, 1951 in Idabel, the daughter of Earnest Teat and Cora Bell Thomas Williamson. Melva enjoyed quilting and cooking. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Idabel. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Coleman “Doc” Henslee; son, William Roy Rogers; a brother, Ernest Teat Williamson Jr. Melva is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Catina Kupke and Mike, of Haworth, Misty Stuart of Idabel; grandchildren, Christopher Kupke and wife, Latisha, Shawn Kupke and fiancé, Jessica Denson all of Haworth, Sunden Rogers of Ada; great-grandchildren, MaKenna Kupke and Matthew Kupke; siblings , George Williamson and wife, Murl of Idabel, Mary Francis Tunnell and husband, Jimmy of Rogersville, TN, Wanda Jackson of Idabel, Barbara Richardson of Moore, OK, Kathy McNally and husband, Mark of Guthrie, OK, Margaret Phelps and husband, James of Spicewood, TX ; a special friend, Sara Andrews Dillahunty; many other relatives and friends.
