Obituary of Sandra Dee Harris

Sandra Dee Harris, age 55 of Idabel, OK passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at OKC, OK. She was born on July 3, 1961 in Idabel, OK, the daughter of Roy and Effielene Harley. Dee was a CNA and had worked at both Memorial Heights and Hill Nursing Home's. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Dee enjoyed family gatherings, gospel music in which the Gaithers were her favorite. She was a member of the Bokchito Methodist Church and was a lifetime resident of Idabel. She was preceded in death by her father Charles Roy Harley; sisters, Charlene Harley and Cynthia Harley; nephews, Kirby Harley and Erik Harley; and a niece, Cheryl Williams. Dee is survived by her mother, Effielene Harley of Idabel, OK; husband, Gilbert Harris of the home; her daughter, Stacey Harris of Newcastle, OK; a son and daughter-in-law, Derek and Shelly Harris of Idabel, OK; grandchildren, Cheyenne Cherry, Tessa Yanez, Tayla Harris and Abigail Harris; brothers, Mike and Una Harley, Jeff Harley and Johnny Harley all of Idabel, OK and Billy and Phoebe Harley of Broken Bow, OK; sister, Karen and David Wesley of Idabel, OK; a special niece, JoAnn Battiest of Idabel, OK; several nieces, nephews, other relative and friends.
