Obituary of Buck Byington

Roston “Buck” Byington Jr., age 60, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at his home in Holly Creek. He was born on December 23, 1955, the son of Roston Sr. and Helen Austin Byington. Buck worked in the construction business. He loved spending time with family. He was a veteran of the US Army and had lived in McCurtain County all of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sandra Byington; grandmother, Ella Jones; brother, Wendell Byington; sister, Brenda Byington Yanez; niece, Veronica Trejo; and brother-in-law, Charlie Ward. Buck is survived by his son, Justin Byington of Holly Creek; daughters, Karri Deater of Idabel, and Khayean Byington of Holly Creek; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert Byington and Jerry and Rose Byington, all of Durant, Jeffrey Byington and Presley and Suzanne Byington, all of Idabel; sisters and brothers-in-law, Deborah Byington of Idabel, Calla Ward of Clarksville, TX, Anita and Floyd Navarro of Garvin, Rhonda and Cecilo Trejo of Ruston, LA, and Heather and Randy McClelland of DeQueen, AR; grandchildren, Avery Byington, Michael Riley Deater, and Adison Grace Chapman, all of Idabel; aunt and uncle, Helen and Ray Hester of Valliant; a very special friend, Peggy Walker of Harris; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends
