Obituary of Randy Joe Qualls

Randy Joe Qualls, age 50, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at his home in Idabel. He was born on January 25, 1966, the son of Jerry and Sharon Qualls. He worked in the construction business off and on for the last ten years. An avid outdoorsman he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Randy was a member with the Haworth Church of Christ and had lived in McCurtain County all of his life. Randy fought a courageous battle against cancer and was an inspiration to many during his treatment. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Millard and Ethel Qualls; his maternal grandfather, John W Hughes; maternal grandmother, Marie Allen; and aunt Carol Allen. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Jerry and Sharon Qualls of Idabel, OK; sisters, Robin Morgan and Rachel Hamrick Both of Idabel, OK; brothers, Roger Qualls and Robert Qualls both of Idabel, OK; nieces, Candace Ellis, Jessica Qualls and Jenna Maynard; nephews, Jason Qualls, John Iglehart and Bobby Hamrick Jr.; special uncles, Don R Qualls of Shawnee, OK and Kenneth E Qualls of Idabel, OK; special friends, Mark Brown of Broken Bow, OK, Jay Ray Kent of Foreman, AR and Shondra Townsend of Idabel, OK; several other relatives and many friends.
