Obituary of Hazel Smith

Hazel Smith, age 92 passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at her daughter's home in the Redland Community. She was born on November 24, 1923 in Irvington, NJ, the daughter of John and Cecelia Kugelman. Hazel was a homemaker and her biggest joy was taking care of her family. She was an avid reader, was a member of the Methodist Church and had lived in this area for over 40 years coming from New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Smith Sr.; a daughter, Delores Vesseni; granddaughters, Heather Douglas and Donna Buzan; and several brothers and sisters. Hazel leaves to cherish her memory her sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Brenda Smith of Haworth, OK, Charles and Cindy Smith of Washington , NJ and John and Janice Smith of the Forest Grove Community, OK; daughters and son-in-law, Tracy and Mark Tapley of the Redland Community, OK, Beverly Smith of Cocoa, FL and Patricia Smith of Idabel, OK; 5 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
