Obituary of Tommy Knowles

Tommy Knowles, age 54 passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at his home in Cerro Gordo, AR. He was born on August 1, 1961 in Idabel, OK. Tommy was a 1979 graduate of Haworth High School. He married his wife Carla on June 7, 2004 at DeQueen, AR. Tommy worked as a plumber and in construction. He enjoyed woodworking, riding the back roads and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Knowles. Tommy is survived by his wife, Carla Knowles of the home; his mother and stepfather, Sue Knowles Needham and Ray of Idabel, OK; sons and daughters-in-law, Brandon Knowles and Mandy of the Hollycreek Community, OK and Taylor Knowles and Kendra Graham of Idabel, OK; daughter and son-in-law, Misti Fox and Paul of the Hollycreek Community, OK; brothers and sister-in-law, Randy Knowles of Idabel, OK and Scott Knowles and Annette of Pocola, OK; sister and brother-in-law, Suzanne Byington and Presley of Idabel, OK; 10 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. A memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at the State Line Baptist Church in Cerro Gordo, AR with Bro. Ray Brown officiating.
