Obituary of Calvin Williams

Calvin Williams, age 87, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2015 at Idabel, OK. He was born on December 26, 1927 in Idabel, OK, the son of Hicks and Sallie Williams. Calvin owned and operated William’s Grocery for many years. He was also one of the first cab drivers in Idabel. He loved gardening and spending time with his family. Calvin was a veteran of US Army. Calvin is survived by his daughter, Linda Williams of Idabel; sister, Ruby Brown of Ontario, CA; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at the Denison Cemetery with Bro. Elwayne Schaeffer officiating.
