Obituary of Stephen Dewayne White

Stephen White, 23, of Idabel, OK passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 in Idabel. He was born on May 21, 1992 in Hugo, OK. Stephen worked as a stocker at the Wal-Mart Super Center. He was an avid sports fan, enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Margie Peek and Steve White; and his maternal step-grandfather, Ronald Hudson. Stephen is survived by his father, Joey White of Ryan, OK; mother and step-father, Michele Peden and Gerald of Longview, TX; brothers, Ryan White and Dakota Peden, both of Longview, TX; sisters, Josie White of Hugo, OK and Kristin Peden of Longview, TX; maternal grandparents, Audrey Hudson and Flenoia and Sheila Bonner, all of Idabel, OK; maternal great-grandmother, Evelyn Holman of Idabel, OK; girlfriend, Kimber Hollamon of the Holly Creek Community; aunts and uncles, Sharon and Kevin Walls of Ryan, OK, Candace Cannon of Paris, TX and Amanda Bonner of Broken Arrow, OK; several other relatives and many friends. Services will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the White Family Chapel with Jerry Falling officiating. Interment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery in the Forest Grove Community. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at the funeral home.
