Nancy,
Harvey & I were so sorry that we missed Bob's service.
I know how much it means when your family & friends
are there at a time like that. We all thought so much
of Bob and have so many special memories throughout
the years. Try to smile and remember all those good
times you shared.
Love you,
Harvey & Carol Jane Newsom

Hi Nancy,
Sorry to hear about Bob. I'll bet the military funeral was a neat thing to see.
I don't know if you knew this, but Bob named me,
and he was part of the reason I joined the Marines!
I hope you are doing well after this difficult time.
Take care of yourself,
Terry Yonker, (cousin)

Nancy:
My deepest sympathy for your loss. I'm sure you will miss Bob
and there will be some tough times coming up------but having been thru
it some time back----Time does heal!!!! It has been about 20 years
since my husband passed on. Keeping busy worked for me and am
still going strong today----at the local museum and am really enjoying myself.
Even tho our situations were miles apart, the loss is so hard.
I owe my acceptance to a very "higher power"
that helped me through the hard places and today I have found me and am
happier than I have ever been. So hang in there----it does get better!!
Love and Hugs xoxoxoxox

Hi Nancy,
I had never been to a military service or cemetery before. I was impressed with how it was stately and respectful. Your clergyman did a wonderful job of honoring Bob in a personal and touching manner. I'm sorry you weren't able to view his body one last time, but you know the real Bob has moved on to his new home, and I hope that brings you some peace in this difficult time.
Chris and I have you in our prayers. We'll stay in touch!
Love,
Jane

Dear Nancy,
I just opened my e-mail for today and of course your e-mail about Bob was there. I don't really know what to say except I hope you know you have my total sympathy. I'm glad I kept in touch and I will miss sending the occasional card that hopefully lifted his spirits.
I somewhat feel that I got to know you a little bit too. I know you will miss him and forever have him in your thoughts and prayers. I will also have him in my mine. Sorry I didn't know sooner but I want to thank you for letting me know.
It sounds as if he enjoyed his life with you as well as his family and many friends. You hang in there and enjoy your memories of which I am sure you have many. Take care of yourself and keep a stiff upper lip!
Bye for now.
Your forever friend,
Bob Clink

Bob and I had just about everything in common and it was as if we were met to know each other and be friends. I am very priviledge to meet and be friends with him. Only God can bring a relationship together that is as special as ours. I know that Bob has a good soul and his spitit is very happy right now. I am happy for him.
Nancy, the memory that you ate going to hold onto will only motivate you to accomplish you goals and Bob will be very happy about that.

Nancy -
I was sorry to hear about Bob's passing and I will be sure to pass the news on to his Aunt Clara. I know his last years were difficult for both of you. But, I also know, his life was much better because you were by his side.
Best wishes for the next chapter of your life -

Sending our love, hugs and prayers for peace and comfort during this difficult time. The love you have for my uncle was so unselfish. You always thought of him first, he was a very blessed man to have you for his wife! Take comfort that he is now pain free and in the presence of our Lord. We love you! Randy, Melody and family.
