Obituary of Dane Williamson

Dane Williamson, age 51, of Idabel OK passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014 in Tulsa, OK. He was born on April 17, 1963 in Bonham, TX. Dane owned and operated Dane's Fine Jewelry In Idabel for several years. He was a true craftsman at heart and enjoyed designing & building unique pieces of jewelry. Dane enjoyed going to the lake, off roading, working on cars and spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, PA Powell; and his paternal grandparents, Dane and Rita Williamson. Dane is survived by his wife, Andrea Williamson of Idabel, OK; sons, Ty Williamson and Michael Sharp both of Durant, OK; his mother, Wanda and husband, GF Parsons of Idabel, OK; father, George Williamson of Tyler, TX; grandchildren, Macy and Tre'; maternal grandmother, Juanita Powell of Idabel, OK; sister, Georjanna Lawrence of Jefferson, TX; a brother, Jon Williamson of California; mother-in-law, Gloria Dane of Idabel, OK; sisters-in-law, Regina and husband, Rusty Prim of Plano, TX, Leigh and husband, Casey Rapier of Durant, OK and Lindsay Dane of Durant, OK; nieces, Charlie Mauldin and Aniston Rapier; nephews, Lee Lawrence, Austin Rapier and Chet Austin; special friends, Jack and Tamra Hodge of Muskogee, OK along with many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the Bypass Church of Christ in Idabel, OK with Virgil Romine and Rev. David Mercer officiating. Interment will follow at Canfield Cemetery.
