Obituary of Robert Sam

Robert Sam, age 52, of Wright City, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2014. He was born June 19, 1961, the son of Robert Sonny Sam and Susan Carterby Sam in Los Angeles, CA. Robert was a 1980 graduate of Ardmore High School. He worked at Garvin Travel Plaza. He enjoyed his work and co-workers. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Darrell Sam. Robert is survived by a brother, Patrick Tom of Okmulgee, OK; several nephews and nieces; other relatives; co-workers and a host of friends. Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 12, 2014 at the White Family Chapel with Rev. Vince Maytubby officiating. Interment will follow at the Slater Cemetery in Wright City.
