Obituary of Payton Mariah Cockrell

Payton Mariah Cockrell, age 2, of Idabel, OK passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2013. She was born on January 15, 2011 in Idabel, OK. Payton was a loving young girl and attended daycare at Cinderella's Play and Learn. She enjoyed riding 4-wheelers with her brother and wrestling and listening to music with her uncles. Payton also performed at several pageants and attended Tom Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfather, James Hill. Payton leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Brittany Cockrell of Idabel, OK; father, AJ Fields of Haworth, OK; her brother, Ethan Cockrell of Idabel, OK; maternal grandparents, Brenda Cockrell of Idabel and Jerry Cockrell of Idabel; maternal great-grandparents, Johnny and Faye Proctor of Haworth, OK and Sheila Hill of Idabel, OK; uncles, Ryan Cockrell of Idabel and Zachary Cockrell of Idabel, OK; numerous great aunts, great-uncles, cousins, many friends, and a special friend, Paige Powell. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2013 at the Haworth First Assembly of God Church in Haworth, OK with Rev. Miles Wesner Jerry Galloway officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at the funeral home.
