Obituary of Frankie L. Miller

Frankie Lee Miller, age 87, longtime resident of Valliant, OK passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Idabel, OK. She was born May 23, 1926 in Aliksha, OK, the daughter of William Franklin Clark and Beulah Davis Clark. Frankie was an avid collector of antiques and other items. She enjoyed music and loved playing the piano. Frankie was affiliated with the Valliant Assembly of God Church and had lived most of her life in McCurtain County. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Bertha Williamson and Jesse Thorpe; a brother, Andy Clark; and a son-in-law, Raymond Miller Jr. Frankie is survived by her daughter, Frances Miller of Hugo, OK; grandson, Raymond Miller III of Hugo, OK; granddaughter, Phyllis Semrad and husband, Dwayne of El Reno, OK; a great-granddaughter, Brandi Heavener and husband, Robert of Yukon, OK; brother and sister-in-law, Henry and Faye Clark of Valliant, OK; and a sister, Minnie B. Hallum of Garvin, OK; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the White Family Chapel in Idabel, OK. Interment will follow at the Valliant Cemetery in Valliant, OK. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2013 at the funeral home.
