Obituary of William Johnson

William Bradford Johnson, age 50 passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at his home in Idabel, OK. He was born on October 8, 1962 in Kansas City, KS. William was a truck driver and most recently had been working for Tyson Foods. He was an avid reader, the Bible being his favorite. William was a lover of history and was very proud of the fact that he was a direct descendant of William Bradford. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Idabel, OK and had lived here since 1977. He was preceded in death by his father, Max Johnson; infant brother and sister, Michael and Michelle; and his nephew, Blaine Johnson. William is survived by his mother, Sharon Johnson of Idabel, OK; brothers and sister-in-law, Greg Johnson of Houston, TX and Jay and Renee Johnson of Idabel, OK; sister and brother-in-law, Robin and Russell McDaniel of Idabel, OK; nieces and nephews, Zak Johnson, Sydni Johnson, Jason Bean, Joshua Bean, Cameron McDaniel, Redeana Barcus, Racheal Williamson, Reesha Eidson, Renea McDaniel, Rance McDaniel, Janae Johnson and Jayna Johnson; many other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Idabel, OK with Bro. Andy Bowman officiating. Interment will follow at the Denison Cemetery in Idabel, OK. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2013 at the funeral home.
