Obituary of Bill Owens

Bill Owens, age 66, of Foreman, AR passed away Friday, November 9, 2012 at Texarkana, TX. He was born on January 17, 1946 in Eagletown, OK. Bill was a loyal friend, loving father and a devoted "PawPaw". He was an avid outdoorsman. He was preceded in death by his wife and mother of his children, Vicki Owens; a brother, Robert Owens; his baby sister, Sue; and his lifelong best friend, Thomas Stringer. Bill is survived by his daughters, Brenda White of Ada, OK and Billie Toal and husband, Jerry of Foreman, AR; his two beautiful granddaughters, Destiny and Cheyenne; his mother, Esther Keno; father, Roy Owens; a sister, Kathy Willis; and brothers, Marvin Owens and Roy Owens; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at the White Family Chapel in Idabel, OK.
