Obituary of Wilma Marie Gilbert

Wilma Marie Coleman Gilbert, age 82, passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at. She was born on March 30, 1930, in Hope, AR, the daughter of Roy and Betty Rockett Coleman. She married Corlis V. Gilbert on January 9, 1948 in DeQueen, AR. She was a homemaker and babysat for many years. She was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Corlis Gilbert; and sons, Gary Wayne Gilbert and Micheal Gilbert. Wilma leaves to cherish her memory her daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Flenoia Bonner of Idabel; grandchildren, Chad and Shawna Gilbert of Hot Springs, AR, Don Gilbert of Ashdown, AR, Brandon Gilbert of Eagletown, OK, Candace and Brian Cannon of Paris, TX, Amanda Bonner of Broken Arrow, OK, and Shannon and Ryan Hesterlee of Golden, OK; great-grandchildren, Blake Gilbert, Ryder Hesterlee and Roper Hesterlee; brother, Don Coleman of Broken Bow, OK; and other relatives and a host of friends. Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Forest Hill Cemetery in the Forest Grove Community, OK. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the funeral home.
