Obituary of Beverly Horridge

Beverly Elaine Horridge, age 50, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2012 in Madill, Oklahoma. She was born on April 24, 1961 in Stuttgart, West Germany, the daughter of Wilburn C. Carter and Margaret Nelson Doan. Beverly was a home health care provider. She enjoyed outdoor activities, reading and was involved in Christian ministries. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Sim E. Nelson; paternal grandparents, Ben and Effie Carter; father, Wilburn Carter; step-mother, Helen Carter; and brothers, Leon Magar and J.C. Magar; Beverly leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Margaret Doan of New Boston, TX; daughter, Jessica Horridge of New Boston, TX; brothers, Mike Carter of New Boston, TX and James Carter of Tulsa, OK; sisters, Kristy Willey of DeKalb, TX, Ruby Smith of Houston, TX, Margie Chappel of Garvin, OK, Janet Fuller of Madill, OK, Mary Wingfield of Durant, OK, Roberta Magar of Valliant, OK, and Denise Carroll of New Boston, TX; grandchildren, Lukas Vogel and Lyla Griffin; and several other relatives and a host of friends.
