Obituary of Joseph Randolph

Joseph “Joe” Randolph, age 61, of Idabel passed away at his residence on Saturday, August, 27, 2011. He was born on September 8, 1949 in Tom, Oklahoma, the son of Hiram and Bonnie Horn Randolph. Joe was a truck driver but had also worked in the oil fields, the logging industry and as a mechanic. He loved fishing and hunting and was the President of the Red Barn Hunting Club. He enjoyed riding 4-wheelers and horses. He was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. He was preceded in death by his father, and brother, Roger Randolph. Joe leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Wanda Randolph of Idabel; his mother, Bonnie Randolph of Idabel; daughters and sons-in-law, Tammie and Troy Johnson and Bonita and Johnny Brown, all of Ashdown, AR, Toree Balch of New Orleans, LA, and Tiffanee Randolph of Madill, OK; step-daughter and step-son-in-law, Leigh Ann and Randy Poor of Manchester, TX; grandchildren, Jessica and Will Sively, Trey Johnson, and Clay Brown, all of Ashdown, AR; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dale and Lilly Randolph of Durant, OK, David and Sharon Randolph of Tom, OK, and Harmey Randolph of Hamilton, TX; sisters and brother-in-law, Alice Ann Parks of Idabel, OK and Heather and Lance Landry of Waxahachie, TX; several nephews, nieces, other relatives and a host of friends. Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the Tom Baptist Church with Rev. Miles Wesner and Rev. Johnny Proctor officiating. Interment will follow in the Tom Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 29, at the funeral home.
