Obituary of Thelma Perkins

Thelma Perkins, age 71of Idabel passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at Idabel. She was born on March 6, 1940 in Millerton, OK. Thelma enjoyed art work and visiting with family and friends. She was affiliated with the Baptist Faith and was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lola Williams; brothers, J.H. Williams and Gene Perkins; and a sister, Lola May McFarland. Thelma is survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Leola and Mark Stephens of Grove, OK, Brenda and Mike Callaway of Flippin, AR, Sherry and Rick Amerson of Crossett, AR and Stella and Terry Bowers of Stillwell, OK; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Joyce Williams of Moulton, AL, James and Janice Williams of Shawnee, OK, Kennith and Sherry Williams of Chowchilla, CA and Henry L. and Terry Williams of Crossett, AR; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; other relatives and a host of friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 13, 2011 at the Wheelock Cemetery in Millerton, OK with Bro. Scott Stuart officiating.
