Obituary of Darrel Edmondson

Darrel Edmondson, 45 of Idabel, passed away on June 11, 2010 at his residence. He was born April 25, 1965 in Idabel. He married Cindy Allen in Idabel on October 15, 1983. Darrel was a building contractor. He was a very talented carpenter and especially liked building cabinets. Darrel enjoyed hunting fishing and team roping. He had a particular Case tractor in which he loved to ride and work. Darrel and his family were very close and he was a dedicated husband, father, son, grandfather and friend. He loved spending time with them and he will be greatly missed. Darrel was affiliated with the Baptist Faith and was a lifetime resident of Idabel. He was preceded in death by his father, Tairl Edmondson. Darrel leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Cindy Edmondson of Idabel; his mother, Bonnie Edmondson of Idabel; sons, Cody Edmondson and Brent Edmondson both of Idabel; a daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Cameron Shoults of Idabel; grandsons, Jasper Edmondson and Brayden Shoults both of Idabel; brothers and sisters in-law, Dale and Ethel Edmondson of Heavener, OK, Don and Dru Edmondson of Haworth and Jerry and Loretha Edmondson of the Hollycreek Community; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
