Obituary of Ronnie Boyd

Ronnie Boyd, age 42, of the Goodwater Community, passed away Friday, December 25, 2009 at Haworth. He was born June 20, 1967 at Idabel, the son of Jimmie Dale and Junie Mae Oglesby Boyd. Ronnie married Victoria Garcia on January 31, 1987 in the Redland Community. Ronnie was an over the road truck driver and also worked construction. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved spending time with his family. Ronnie was a member of the Haworth Assembly of God and was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ronnie is survived by his wife Victoria of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie Raylynn Boyd and Janna Phillips of the Goodwater Community, and David and Maria Boyd of Ada; grandchildren, Ashton Gauge Boyd, Makenzie Phillips and Blake Phillips all of the Goodwater Community; brother and sister-in-law, Rodger Dale and Carol Boyd of Scottsborough, AL; paternal grandmother, Ethel Boyd of the Goodwater Community; father-in-law, Tony Garcia of Idabel; mother-in-law, Mary Perez of Idabel; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tony and Lisa Garcia of Haworth; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
