Obituary of Kenneth Dale Whiteman

Kenneth “Boney” Whiteman, 58 of the Goodwater Community, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at his home. He was born November 28, 1950 at Tipton, OK the son of Adolphus and Delcie Whiteman. He was affiliated with the Assembly of God faith. On March 14, 1982 Kenneth married Brenda Stevens at Del City, OK. Kenneth loved life and enjoyed joking with his family and friends and playing poker. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Adolphus Whiteman; brother, Jerry Lee Whiteman; sister, Shirlene Loucks. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Whiteman of the Goodwater Community; sons, James Lee White, Roy Dale Whiteman, Kenneth Wayne Whiteman all of Lafayette, LA; daughter, Rebecca Saltzman of Lafayette, LA; mother, Delcie Whiteman of the Goodwater Community; step-sons, Jeremy Stevens of Texarkana, AR and Donald Toliver of Idabel; brother, Franklin Whiteman of the Goodwater Community; sister, Beatrice Whiteman of the Goodwater Community; 10 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
