Obituary of Jean Sanders

Jean Sanders, 72, of Idabel passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at her residence. She was born on September 25, 1936. Jean married Russell Sanders on February 14, 2002 in Ashdown, Arkansas. Jean had worked several places including Tyson Foods, Kiamichi Youth Shelter, and Oak Grove Nursing Home. She enjoyed cooking and canning and loved to fish in her spare time. She was preceded in death by her father, S.L. Luttrell; her mother, Bertha B. Kilpeck; step-father, Henry Kilpeck; and a nephew, Robert Wayne Huston. Jean is survived by her husband, Russell Sanders of Idabel; step-sons and their spouses, Roger H. and Linda Sanders, Howard D. and Joyce Sanders, and David and Maxine Sanders; sisters, Peggy Lou Smith of Midwest City, and Kate Nelson of Moore; a brother, Michael Shore of Oklahoma City; 5 step-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
