Obituary of Bobby Self

Bobby Self, 63, of Idabel, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2006. He was born January 28, 1943 at Luxora, Arkansas. Bobby was a self-employed rancher. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and was affiliated with the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Doyle and Lottie Gookin Self. Bobby is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Christy Self of Burns Flat, Oklahoma, and Mark and Julie Self of Kingsville, Texas; grandchildren, Cole Self of Kingsville, Texas, Addison Self and Ashley Self both of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; the mother of his children, Gail Self of Broken Bow; sisters and brothers-in-law, Peggy and John Travis, Charlene and Jan Storey, and Shirley and Roger Butler all of Idabel; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
