Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Rock

Elizabeth Ann “Liz” Rock, 54 of Idabel, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2009 at her home. She was born September 2, 1954 at Talihina, OK, the daughter of William John and Isabell Wall McKinney. She was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County and was a member of the Church of Christ. Liz was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family, making arts and crafts and was an avid OU Sooner fan. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Gabriel Benevidez. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, William Martinez of Idabel; sons, Michael Rock of Oklahoma City and William Rock of Idabel; daughters, Stephanie Washington, Patricia Rock and Adrianna Rock all of Idabel; brothers, Eugene McKinney and Wayne McKinney both of Idabel, Paul McKinney of Valliant; sister, Janice Billy of Idabel; grandchildren, Semya Rock, Mia Benevidez, Gabrelle Benevidez, Tehya Benevidez; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
