Obituary of Bobby Shepherd

Bobby Dewayne Shepherd, 46, of Wright City, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at Idabel. He was born March 21, 1962 in DeQueen, Arkansas. Bobby worked for Raffter K Constuction. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and rodeo. Bobby loved going on trail rides with family and friends. He was affiliated with the Baptist Faith and was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Gene Shepherd; and a sister, Barbara Lou Shepherd. Bobby is survived by his mother, Catherine Shepherd; his maternal grandmother, Louetta Walker of Wright City; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathy and James Kirby of Wright City, Darleena Kay Hanson of Hugo, Charlotte Packwood of Boswell, and Verna and Alton Adams of Hugo; 10 nieces and nephews; 10 great-nieces and great-nephews; many other relatives and a host of friends.
