Obituary of Heather Lyda

Heather Lyda, 27, formerly of Broken Bow, OK, passed away March 31, 2008 at DeKalb, TX. She was born July 8, 1980 at Ada, OK to Frank and Janet Denton Lyda. Heather had lived in Broken Bow most of her life. She was a resident of Dekalb for the last 5 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Lyda; mother, Janet Denton Duncan; step-father, Michael Duncan; and her grandparents. Heather’s boyfriend of 6 years, Howard Sullivan, passed away April 1, 2008. Heather is survived by her sister, Michele Thweatt of Broken Bow; 2 nephews, Chapin Thweatt and Trae Thweatt both of Broken Bow; step-grandmothers, Willie Duncan of Broken Bow and Rosa Lee Wood of Idabel; special friends, Paradise Jackson, Charity Madison, James Oliver, Brandy Goodwin, and Cassie Ross, all of Broken Bow; other relatives and many more friends.
