Obituary of Retha Ware

Retha Ware, age 79, of Broken Bow, passed away Friday, March 28, 2008 at Idabel. She was born on June 23, 1928 in Bethel, the daughter of Luther and Fawnsie Thomas Deramus. Retha was a homemaker, and enjoyed gardening, and sewing. She loved playing cards with family and friends, and was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. Retha was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charlie Ware; a son, Kelly Ware; a grandson, Chris Ware; and a sister, Marie Krammie. Retha is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Harold and Cheryl Ware of Broken Bow; granddaughters and their husbands, Jennifer and Moe Samaha of Ada, Shirley and Douglass Ruth of DeQueen, Carrie and Gary Johnson of Anna, Texas, Brandi Ware of Broken Bow, and Neecie Hider of Ada; six great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
