Obituary of Audrey Moore

Audrey Moore, 83, of Bethel, passed away February 26, 2008 at Paris, Texas. She was born April 22, 1924 in Bethel, the daughter of Rob and Eunice Townsend Stovall. Audrey was a homemaker, and enjoyed quilting, gardening and word search books. She was affiliated with the Baptist Church, and was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. Audrey was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and loved spending time with her children. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Perry Moore; daughter, Frances Cogburn; an infant son; a great-grandson, Cameron Savage; brothers, Calvin Stovall, and Raymond Stovall; and a sister, Faye Birge. Audrey is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Betty Branson, of Noble, Hazel and Bill Barton of Bethel, and Kathy and Ted Horn of Waxahachie, TX; sister, Alta Kemp of Broken Bow; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
