Obituary of Melba Jean Woolsey

Melba Woolsey, 72, of Valliant, Oklahoma, formerly a long-time resident of Irving, Texas, entered the arms of her loving Lord and Savior on Friday, Feb. 22, 2008. She was born on Sept. 24, 1935 in Valliant to Tom and Alma Grabeel. Melba was a member of Felker Free Will Baptist Church and was retired from the banking business. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Harold Grabeel, son, Jeff Woolsey and infant daughter, Sherry. Melba leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 54 years, Horace Woolsey of Valliant; daughter, Pam Buenau and husband John of Hot Springs, Arkansas; son, Kerry Woolsey and wife Ann of Euless, Texas; four granddaughters, Brooke Griffin and Lauren Buenau of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Kerra and Kendra Woolsey of Euless, Texas; and a host of family and friends.
