Obituary of Milton Routh

Milton Routh, 82, of Garvin passed away Friday, December 7, 2007 at Hill Nursing Home. He was born June 22, 1925 in Provo, Arkansas, the son of Earl and Hattie Mae Cummings Routh. Milton was a retired contractor for Tyson and had lived in McCurtain County for 80 years. He enjoyed being around his grandchildren and taking them places, as well as being around other children. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Roscoe Routh and Virgil Routh; baby sister, Arselma Routh. Milton is survived by his wife, Lillie Routh of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Em and Nancy Routh of Idabel, Wayne Routh of the home, Kurt Routh and Pat Ferguson of Idabel; daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Theo Mullens of Kingfisher, Oklahoma; brother, Herbert Routh of Oak Hill Community; sister, Dorothy Jamerson of the Forest Grove Community, grandchildren, Brandon Routh of the home, Dean Routh and David Routh both of England, LeAne Britton of Pocola, Kaylena Routh of Glover; step-granchildren, Luke Barnes of Idabel, Sereh Weatherford of Idabel, Kandy Nix of Bethany, OK; 3 great-grandchildren; 4 step-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
