Obituary of Tony Abney

Tony Abney, age 55 of Idabel, OK passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 at Paris, TX. He was born on November 4, 1963 in Chester, CA

Tony worked was a saw mill worker. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Tony was affiliated with the Grace Assembly Church and had lived most of his life in McCurtain County.

Tony is survived by his mother, Artie Taylor of Idabel, OK; his father, JR Abney of Idabel, OK; sons, Micah Abney of Broken Bow, OK, Scott Whittaker of Malvern, AR and JR Landon Abney of Idabel, OK; and his brother, Mickey Abney of Idabel, OK; several other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at the Haworth Cemetery with Rev. Elwayne Schaeffer officiating.
