Obituary of Kenny Mays

     Kenny Mays, age 54 of Idabel, OK passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018 at Haworth. He was born on December 31, 1963 in Chicago, IL, the son of William T. and Mary L. Pettis Graham.

     Kenny graduated from Idabel High School where he was a memorable athlete playing for the Idabel Warriors basketball team. He proudly served in the U.S. Army in Germany as a motor transport operator. Kenny was always concerned about family members and their well being and enjoyed spending time with them. He enjoyed being outdoors and was especially passionate about fishing.

     He was preceded in death by his younger brother, Felix Graham.

     Kenny left to cherish his memory, his father, William Graham of Idabel, OK; his mother, Mary L. Graham of  Seagoville, TX ; wife, Jackie Mays of Broken Bow, OK; daughter, Tralandria Mays of Idabel, OK; brother, Antione Mays of Seagoville, TX; uncles, Donald Graham and family of Chicago, IL, Joe A. Snead and family of Chicago, IL, Vernon Lewis and family of Patillas, Puerto Rico and James Pettis of Dallas, TX; aunts, Flora Pettis of Chicago, IL and Bessie Pettis of Chicago, IL; and his significant other, Verbia Harris; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

     Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Chapel at White Family Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Bullock officiating.

     The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the funeral home.
