Obituary of Mildred E Sivard Tipton

Mildred Sivard Tipton, age 96 of Idabel, OK passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Idabel. She was born on June 19, 1922 in Willow Springs, OK, the daughter of John Henry Farley and Euna Bloodworth Farley.

Mildred was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing moon, going to garage sales and spending time with family. Mildred lived most of her life in McCurtain County.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, George Kenneth Sivard and Ernest Tipton; sons, Gary Wayne Sivard and Larry Kenneth Sivard; sisters, Dorothy Tipton, Edith Napier and Marcie Dunning; and brothers, Victor Farley and Olen Farley. 

Mildred is survived by her daughter-in-law, Carol Sivard of Idabel, OK; brother, John P Farley and Naomi of Idabel, OK; and a sister-in-law, Ida Mae Farley of the Redland Community, OK; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 3, 2018 at the White Family Chapel with Kenny Sivard officiating. Interment will follow at the Denison Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at the funeral home.
