Obituary of Kenny Bowline

Kenny “Bodie” Bowline, 55, of Broken Bow, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2007 at Idabel. He was born September 26, 1951 at Idabel, the son of John and Madeline Peek Bowline. Kenny was a pipe fitter. He was a Vietnam Veteran having served in the U.S. Navy. Kenny enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He was affiliated with the Baptist Faith, and loved spending time with family and friends. Kenny was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Johnny Bowline, and Billy Bowline. Kenny is survived by his sons, Michael Bowline, and Cody Bowline both of Broken Bow; a brother, Jimmy Bowline of Broken Bow; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandy and Frank Burrow of Milam, Texas, Loretta and Doug Horton of Columbia, South Carolina, Glenda Mays of Broken Bow, Mary Rafferty of Wright City, and Melba and Danny Roberts of Lebanon, Tennessee; a special friend, Kyle Barrick of Wright City; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
