Obituary of Don Ragsdale

Don Ragsdale, 60, of the Holly Creek Community, passed away July 22, 2007 at Broken Bow. He was born May 18, 1947 in Barstow, California, the son of William and Lorene Ayers Ragsdale. Don enjoyed collecting caps, and pens, and was an accomplished builder of birdhouses. He was a member of the Holly Creek Community Church and was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. He was preceded in death by his parents. Don is survived by his wife, Ruth Ragsdale of the home; brothers, Albert Armstrong of California, and Roger Dale Armstrong of Houston; sisters, Sherrie Wells of Grand Saline, Texas, and Sheila Cline of the Holly Creek Community; uncle and his wife, Cecil and Marie Ayers of Salyer; a special niece, Myia Fleming of Broken Bow; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
