Obituary of Kenneth Thomas Miller

Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth Thomas Miller, age 78, will be held Monday, November 26, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the White Family Chapel. Interment will follow in the Redland Cemetery.
 
Mr. Miller died on November 20, 2018. He was a life-long resident of Idabel, OK. excluding the last year of his life which was spent in Tyler, TX. Kenneth was a military veteran of the US Navy.  He was employed as a welder/fabricator in the oil and gas industry and spent time in that profession working in the US and several foreign countries. He also worked as a contractor in the construction of the Weyerhaeuser - Wright City, OK. saw mill.  After retirement from working as a welder, Kenneth bred and raised professionally recognized thoroughbred quarter horses which were used in horse shows and professional rodeos throughout the country.  He was a member of the Goodwater Masonic Lodge.  

He is survived by his two daughters, Tracy Miller Morrow and husband Mitchell of Mineola, TX, Maurettia Miller Griffin and husband Tony of Tyler, TX, two sisters, Rita McLendon of Texarkana, TX, Lilly Stuart of Idabel, OK, six grandchildren, Jesse Miller and wife Nicole of Broken Bow, OK, Arial Jensen Routh of Broken Bow, OK, Dalton Sprague and wife Nina of Lindale, TX, Logan Sprague of Tyler, TX, Sasha Moore of Tyler, TX, Trenton Moore of Tyler, TX, four great grandchildren, Parker James McBride of Broken Bow, OK, Van Cole Miller and Jack Kenneth Miller of Broken Bow , OK, and Zoey Marie Moore of Tyler, TX, and several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews and a lifetime of memories with extended family and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Shirley Ann McCain Miller, his parents, Jesse T. Miller and Agnes Lillian Frazier Miller and grandmother, Rosie Miller. Visitation will be from 5pm to 7pm on Sunday, November 25, 2018.

A visitation and viewing for family and friends of Kenneth will be held at the White Family Funeral Home in Idabel, OK on Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
