Obituary of Paul Stephan Jr.

Paul "PeeWee" Stephan, Jr., the only child of Paul, Sr. and Anna Frazier-Stephan was born June 29, 1963 in Chicago, IL. PeeWee's heritage was Choctaw/Athabascan. He went to be with our Lord on Monday, January 1, 2018 from his home in Idabel OK at the age of 54.

PeeWee grew up with and was very close to his cousins Cindy and Donna. He attended school at Denison Elementary and McCurtain Christian Academy in Idabel OK. He spent many years in records management with Iron Mountain as a courier and materials handler when he lived in Dallas, TX. The last few working years he worked at Walmart in Idabel and Broken Bow, OK. He was a member of Grace Assembly, Idabel, OK.

 He was an avid fan of all OU sports, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and The OKC Thunder. Above all else PeeWee was kind. He was funny and liked to make people laugh. He loved food. He enjoyed playing sports with family and friends. PeeWee enjoyed watching the children of family and friends play sports. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

PeeWee was preceded in death by his parents Paul Stephan, Sr. and Anna Frazier-Stephan; mother-in-law Lillie Jessie; brother-in-law Douglas Jessie; and close cousin, Cindy Huffman.

PeeWee is survived by his wife Cheryl Jessie -Stephan of the home; father-in-law Herbert Jessie of Haworth, OK; brother-in-law Robert Jessie of Florissant, MO; nephews Colin Wieman of Winchester, VA; Jonathan Jessie of Wood River, IL, Joshua Jessie of Florissant, MO; nieces Katelyn Jessie of Wood River, IL, Taylor and Kaili Jessie of Florissant, MO, close cousin Donna Forbit of Crandall, TX; uncles James "Chun" Frazier of Indiahoma, OK, Benny Frazier of Idabel, OK; Alaskan relatives of the Stephan, Bismark, Chickalusion, Standifer, McCord, and Constantine families; adopted "sister-in-law" Cher Garrett; and numerous cousins, friends, and coworkers.

PeeWee was well-loved and well-liked by many. He will be greatly missed by all.
