Obituary of Virginia Cartwright

               Virginia Cartwright, age 84, passed away December 9, 2017 at her home in Idabel, OK.  Virginia was born on November 8, 1933, the daughter of Lorse and Edna Hart Jones.

                Virginia enjoyed quilting,  arts and crafts and telling stories. She was affiliated with the Idabel Church of God and had lived most of her life in McCurtain County .

                She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Linda Cody; son, Larry Brown and a brother, Paul Jones.

                Virginia is survived by her son, Ronnie and Retha Brown of Idabel; daughter, Brenda and Richard Reid of Tyler, TX; her  brother, Oswald Jones and Sylvia of Williston, FL; 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
